From the importer (Genuine Origin)

Brazil Salmo Plus Natural: is a blend of 100% Cerrado region coffees. The coffee was purchased at farm-gate from a select group of 12 farmers and processed by Volcafe Santos, our sister company in Brazil, in their facility in Varginha, Minas Gerais.

In Brazil the natural process means ripe and raisin cherries are collected, cleaned and separated by weight at washing stations. The pre-drying process occurs under the sun between 2 to 7 days or more (farmers favor full sun dried process whenever possible) and finalized in mechanical driers followed by 30 days of resting in wood boxes to homogenize the dry coffee

Guatemala La Morena: Guatemala owes its distinctive, mountainous topography, lush rain forests, biodiversity and its coffee to massive volcanic activity. Volcanic peaks and mountains roll across the country and carve out Guatemala’s unique coffee-growing regions. The mountain ranges help to create the country’s unique micro-climates. Together with the rich soil left behind in the wake of immense volcanic activity, Guatemala has the ideal conditions for coffee production.

Colombia Huila El Tiple Supremo: Our El Tiple line of Colombia green coffee is named for the Tiple, an instrument, used in traditional Colombian music. The tiple serves both as an accompanying instrument and for soloing. Similarly, our El Tiple coffees make crowd-pleasing Colombia coffees more accessible to roasters for use in blends, as accompanying coffees, or as single-origin, solo coffees.
